How Issues Are Prioritized

When you submit your issue to support it will first be determined if the Product or Configuration development team will be working on the issue. 

For the Configuration team issues are classified as:

Urgent

High 

Normal

Low

 

For the Product team issues are classified as:

P1 (High)

P2

P3

P4

P5 (Low)

 

The issues are delegated to their respective classification depending on severity of the issue, the impact on the product, and if there are options for a work around.

Please refer to the SLA in your contract for turn around times.
